The Great Aussie Bush Camp

I hope everyone is recovering well from the three wonderful days at The Great Aussie Bush Camp. I have quite a few photos to show you. Unfortunately we will need to view them at school as most are with students from other classes and I am unable to post them online.

Here are a couple of photos you may find entertaining:

Did we go to an Activity Camp?

Or, was it a Day Spa?

Welcome

Welcome to 5NR''s class blog. You will find your homework on the page link above. We will start in Week 6 where you should have started your Curiosity Journal and have written a few topics and ideas that you are curious about. At the same time you will also need to complete Unit 6 of your Mentals, as well as 30 minutes (at least) of reading each school day.

Your homework is due each Friday, if it is not at school, it is marked as incomplete. If you have any questions about the homework, we will be discussing it more in class as we go along and you are more than welcome to ask any questions.

The Great Aussie Bush Camp

The Great Aussie Bush Camp facility near the coastal towns of Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest, is situated within a historically unique and truly authentic Australian environment. Located near the pristine beaches of Port Stephens and the magnificent Myall Lakes, it’s the perfect outdoor education and recreation learning environment.

At Tea Gardens we offer tailor-made and curriculum-centred outdoor education based teaching and learning experiences. Depending on each school’s needs, different programs can be developed to achieve student outcomes from across all stages of learning and curriculum areas.
